Prodigy Disc Golf Bag Warranty Policy

Prodigy Disc strives to offer innovative design and high quality in our disc golf bags. All bags carry a Lifetime Warranty to be free of defects in materials and workmanship and is valid only for the original owner of the bag.

This limited warranty does not cover improper use, normal wear and tear, or bags with any type of repair or alterations.  Our warranty also does not cover damage due to the breakdown of materials or colors caused by weather, usage or cleaning products.

To file for a warranty claim, please email us at orders@prodigydisc.com with the following information:

  1. Your order number
  2. Detailed pictures of the defect
  3. Details of use / any other relevant information

FOR BAGS PURCHASED THROUGH AUTHORIZED RETAILERS

To file for a warranty claim, please email us at warranty@prodigydisc.com with the following information:

  1. A copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase
  2. Detailed pictures of the defect
  3. Details of use / any other relevant information

We will respond as soon as we can with a decision on whether your claim qualifies for a replacement or not.

If Prodigy Disc deems your bag eligible for a warranty replacement, you will have 7 days, from the time that we notify you, to ship the bag to us.  The warranty will expire after the 7th day if we do not receive a tracking number or notice of shipment.

Shipping costs to us will be your responsibility but Prodigy Disc will cover shipping costs of the bag replacement bag. Once your bag is recieved and inspected, we will send out your replacement.

This warranty is valid only in the United States.
